Infinity Nexatech Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — name, work email, company, role, when you sign up or contact us.
• Order data — products purchased, billing details, invoices.
• Usage data — pages visited, anonymised analytics via Cloudflare.
• Cookies — session cookie for sign-in, cart cookie for the shopping cart, theme preference cookie. No advertising cookies.

2. How we use it

• Provide the services and products you've purchased.
• Send transactional emails (sign-in links, order confirmations, hyper-care updates).
• Improve our products and content. Aggregate analytics only — never individual surveillance.

3. Who we share it with

Subprocessors strictly necessary to run the service — payment provider, email delivery, cloud hosting (Cloudflare). We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email hello@infinitynexatech.com and we'll respond within 7 working days.

5. Data retention

Order and tax records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian law. Account data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion request.

6. Security

We follow industry best practices — HTTPS everywhere, encrypted storage, least-privilege access, audit trails. No system is bulletproof; we'll disclose any breach affecting your data within 72 hours.
