Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of products and services provided by Infinity Nexatech Pvt. Ltd.. By placing an order, signing up, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We provide software products (including Infinity CRM), implementation services (CRM, ERP, HR, HRMS), AI voice agents, and custom software engineering. The specific scope of each engagement is captured in a Statement of Work.

2. Orders & payment

• Orders placed via this website are "intent to purchase" — we'll confirm pricing, scope and tax in writing before charging.
• Subscription products renew automatically until cancelled.
• One-time products are billed upfront.
• Indian customers will be charged applicable GST. International customers are responsible for any local taxes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to (a) violate any law, (b) infringe intellectual property rights, (c) send spam, malware, or content that promotes hate or harm, (d) reverse-engineer or resell our software without written consent.

4. Intellectual property

All Infinity Nexatech product code, branding and documentation remain our intellectual property. Custom code we build for you on a paid engagement transfers to you on final payment unless agreed otherwise.

5. Service levels & warranties

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Specific SLAs are defined per engagement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of free or beta features.

6. Liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

7. Termination

You can cancel any subscription at any time from your account. We may suspend service for non-payment or breach of these terms after written notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of India · Remote-first.
