Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee on SaaS
For Infinity CRM Starter, Growth and Enterprise (monthly billing): if you're not happy within the first 14 days of your first paid month, write to us and we'll refund the full amount. No questions asked, no clawback on usage.
2. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel any subscription from your account dashboard at any time. Cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months unless required by law.
3. One-time services (implementations, voice agent packs, training)
- If we haven't started work, full refund within 7 days of order.
- If we've started but you cancel before delivery, refund proportional to work not yet done — minimum 50% retainer.
- Once a deliverable is signed-off and accepted, that portion is non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@infinitynexatech.com with your order ID. We process approved refunds to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
5. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, raise it directly with us first — we'd much rather fix the underlying issue than fight over a charge.
